Why don't we list our prices?

Because we only grow when our customers do.

Our platform is built to flex with you, connecting the tools you need to succeed. A rigid price list just wouldn’t do justice to the tailored solutions we create for our partners. By understanding your challenges and ambitions first, we can ensure you get exactly what you need to thrive – no more, no less.

How much does VISIT cost?

VISIT does not publish a fixed price list, because the platform is modular and the cost follows the modules you actually use. Pricing is built from the size of your operation, which modules you switch on, and what has to be migrated from your current system. After a walkthrough you get a written quote mapped to your own setup, rather than being fitted into a package that is either too big or too small.

Why doesn't VISIT publish a price list?

Because a single published figure would be wrong for almost everyone. A 12-room guesthouse running a front desk and a booking engine, and a resort running rooms, spa, restaurant, ticketing and revenue management, are not buying the same product – and a list price would either overstate the first or understate the second. The trade-off is one conversation up front in exchange for a quote that matches your operation.

What drives the cost of a hospitality platform?

Three things. The size of your operation – rooms, units or annual booking volume. Which modules you switch on, since a property using a PMS and a booking engine pays less than one adding channel management, revenue management, ticketing and payments. And the one-time work to get live: configuration, migrating data from your current system, and training your team. Payment processing is charged per transaction, as with every provider.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Yes. VISIT is modular by design, so you can start with what you need now – a PMS and a booking engine, for example – and add channel management, revenue management, payments, ticketing or reputation management later. Because the modules share one inventory and one guest record, adding one afterwards is a configuration change rather than a new integration project, which is the practical difference between a platform and a collection of tools.
