We know you are destined for more.

More efficiency. More revenue. More time to look your guests in the eye and give them something worth raving about. More sold out and smiling.

At VISIT, we build the platform that helps you do less of what holds you back and more of what moves you forward. Our mission is to bring together everything hospitality, experience, and short-term rentals need to be profitable, operate seamlessly, and deliver captivating guest experiences.

Our Story: A Journey of Growth

Founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1999, VISIT was born from a simple goal: to solve the challenges we saw firsthand in the travel and hospitality industry. What started as an entrepreneurial drive to create smarter software has grown into the Central & Northern Europe’s leading hospitality SaaS company.

Through strategic growth and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, we’ve built a comprehensive ecosystem that combines mission-critical systems for hotels, short-term rentals and experiences. Our journey is one of constant evolution, driven by a passion for helping our partners thrive in a changing market. Today, with over 400+ employees across eight countries, we serve more than 10,000+ customers in 150+ countries.

Our Customers: Partners in Growth

We are proud to partner with a diverse range of businesses, from independent hotels and ski resorts to large-scale amusement parks and travel agencies. Our customers are visionaries who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. We work side-by-side with them, providing the tools and support they need to succeed.

Our Values: The Principles That Guide Us

Our values are the foundation of our culture and our commitment to you. They shape how we work, how we build our products, and how we succeed together.

Grow together
Our business is built on the simple truth that we only grow when our customers do. That spirit shapes how we work, side by side, sharing knowledge, and solving challenges together. We thrive on warmth, trust, and the joy of helping one another out. Success is never a solo act here; it’s something we create, and celebrate, together.

Go beyond
We don’t do things halfway. When we take on a challenge, we see it through, with focus, responsibility, and pride in the outcome. Dedication means standing by each other, owning what we promise, and caring enough to go beyond what’s expected.

Stay curious
Our industry never stands still, and neither can we. We resist holding on to what feels safe when the world around us shifts. Instead, we open our arms to the unfamiliar, adapt, and evolve, so we can keep growing with our industry.

Is VISIT the same company as Visit Group?

Yes. Visit Group International AB is the legal entity; VISIT is the brand it trades under following a rebrand completed in May 2026. Several products in the group are still known by their original names – BookVisit, VisBook, Godo, Citybreak, iTicket, Beds24, Caren, Olery and Travia – and all of them are part of the same company. If you have worked with any of those, you have worked with VISIT.

How big is VISIT, and how long has it been operating?

VISIT has been operating since 1999 – more than 25 years – and employs over 400 people across nine offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Germany, France, Serbia and North Macedonia, with its headquarters in Gothenburg. It serves more than 10,000 customers in over 150 countries. For a buyer weighing vendor risk, the relevant part is the length of the track record: a system that runs a property's daily operations is a long commitment.

What are BookVisit, VisBook, Godo and iTicket?

They are products within VISIT, most of which began as independent companies and kept their names. BookVisit is the booking engine and front desk product, VisBook powers PMS All-in-One, Godo Property powers PMS Core, and iTicket powers Experience Commerce. Others in the group include Citybreak, Beds24, Caren, Olery, Travia, vOffice and Booking Factory. All are part of Visit Group International AB.

What makes VISIT different from other hospitality software vendors?

Two things, structurally. It covers hospitality, experiences, vacation rentals and destinations on one platform, so a hotel can sell attraction tickets and a destination can sell hotel rooms without a third-party integration – very few vendors span both sides. And it is a European company with 25 years of Nordic market history, which shows in the segments it serves properly: cabin villages, campsites, ski resorts and destination organisations, rather than city hotels alone.
