What information should I have ready?

Four things make the first conversation useful: how many rooms, units or annual visitors you handle; which systems you use today and which you would want to keep; the parts of your operation that cost you the most manual work; and your rough timeline. None of it is mandatory. But with those four answers the first call can be about your setup rather than about generic capabilities.

I'm an existing customer with a technical problem - is this the right form?

No – use the support portal at help.visit.com instead. This form reaches the commercial team, which will delay a technical issue rather than resolve it. The support portal routes to the team with access to your configuration and account history. If you are not sure which you need, the support portal is the safer starting point for anything affecting a live property.

Do you work with properties of my size, in my country?

Almost certainly. VISIT was founded in Gothenburg in 1999 and serves more than 10,000 customers in over 150 countries, from single guesthouses to hotel chains, ski resorts, museums and destination organisations. There are offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Germany, France, Serbia and Macedonia, so most enquiries reach someone working in the same market. Tell us your segment and market in the form and you will be routed accordingly.

How quickly can we be up and running?

It depends on which modules you need and how much data has to move – and you will get a dated plan before you commit, rather than an estimate afterwards. A smaller property needing a front desk and a booking engine goes live considerably faster than a resort migrating years of reservation history across several departments. Onboarding covers configuration, data migration and staff training in every case.
