How does the packaging module work with my PMS? 

It depends on your setup, but our goal is always to increase your sales. 

For users of our VISIT PMS: This is our most powerful integration. It’s a full two-way sync where everything: rooms, table reservations, spa treatments, and add-ons, updates in real-time. If a guest books a “Spa Weekend,” the room is booked, the treatment slot is reserved in your spa schedule, and the table is booked in your restaurant, all automatically. 

For third-party PMS users: We integrate with most major systems. For these, we typically sync room availability and rates perfectly. When a package is booked, the reservation lands in your PMS with all the details attached, ensuring your team has everything they need. 

Can I let guests choose their own times for dinner or spa treatments?

Absolutely. You can set up “dynamic packages” where guests select their preferred timeslot directly during the booking flow. For example, they can book a “Spa Weekend” and choose their 50-minute massage slot for Saturday at 14:00. This eliminates the need for follow-up emails and manual scheduling. 

Can I package products from external partners?

Yes! Through the VISIT Community, you can bundle your rooms with live inventory from local partners. This allows you to sell a “City Weekend” that includes your hotel room plus tickets to a local museum, a round of golf, or a ski pass – all in one transaction. 

What kind of add-ons can I include?

Almost anything! You can include:

  • Items: Champagne, flowers, or a fruit basket.
  • Services: Spa treatments, golf tee times, or guided tours.
  • Dining: Dinner reservations or breakfast.
  • External tickets: Museum entry or event passes. 

You can set these as mandatory (included in the package price) or optional (upsells the guest can add for an extra fee).

Can I hide specific packages from the public?

Yes. You can create exclusive packages that are only accessible via a specific campaign code or a hidden URL. This is perfect for corporate agreements, wedding guests, or loyalty member specials.
