What is the Agent Network?

The Agent Network is a VISIT capability powered by our B2B distribution platform, Travia. It connects accommodation providers and other tourism businesses directly with a global network of travel agents and tour operators, automating contracting, booking, and inventory management to simplify and scale your B2B distribution. 

How is this different from an OTA or a bedbank?

The Agent Network is not an OTA or a bedbank; it’s a B2B platform that facilitates direct partnerships. We don’t interfere with your contracts or terms. Your brand remains visible, and the relationship is always directly between you and the agent, keeping you in control. 

What does it cost to use?

We believe in a true partnership, so we only succeed when you do. Travia operates on a performance-based pricing model with no fixed monthly fee or registration fee. A small, flat fee of €1.50 is applied per booked room, per night, only for reservations that are made and kept. 

Can I connect my existing PMS or Channel Manager?

Yes. The Agent Network integrates with major Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel managers like BookVisit, Siteminder, and YieldPlanet. This enables real-time synchronization of rates and availability and automatically pushes new bookings directly into your system. 

How do I manage different agreements with different agents?

The platform is built for flexibility. You can easily create and manage unique contracts and rate plans for each agency or group of agencies. This allows you to offer tailored rates, discounts, and terms to fit your specific partnership agreements.
