From Analogue to Digital
In early 2023, Hackholmssund doubled its capacity for both rooms and meeting spaces. It was a significant step forward, and it made the move to a proper digital workflow a practical necessity.
“VISIT’s All-in-One PMS (powered by VisBook) felt like the obvious choice when we transitioned from a highly analog way of working, both internally and towards our guests,” says Jesper. “It allows us to efficiently manage bookings, sales, meeting coordination, restaurant services, and housekeeping, while also integrating smoothly with our financial system.”
Mobile access has been a particularly useful part of the setup. With every team member able to access the system from their phone, staying connected across a busy day has become considerably easier. “Since all employees have access to the system on their mobile devices, daily operations have become much simpler, creating a sense of involvement that I see as very positive,” Jesper notes.
